CEFIR®2200 Standard Build Ceramic Fiber

Features: - Flexible with good abrasion resistant and easy to use - Provides accurate temperature measurement - According to AMS2750E load thermocouple made from calibrated spool thermocouple wire up to 2000 feet do not need to be calibrated individually - According to AMS2750E on single use load thermocouple SAT test is not required (special procedure on instrument calibration is to be implemented) - Very useful as TUS test thermocouple - TE Wire & Cable certificate of calibration is issued from an ISO17025 lab
CEFIR®2200 – Ceramic Fiber designed for extreme temperature applications. Ceramic fiber in this design is braided with regular thickness insulation on the individual conductors and the jacket giving a continuous temperature rating up to 2200 Degrees F (1204 Degrees C). The ceramic fiber is flexible throughout the extended temperature range. The high temperature limit of CEFIR® allows it to be used in areas where beaded ceramic thermocouples or sheathed thermocouples were previously specified.
Application: - Heat Treatment- Component Testing- Steel and Aluminum Industry- Metals Production- Furnace Surveys- Beaded Thermocouple Replacement
